You've heard the old expression, If you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen. For this owner it's "if you can't stand the heat stay out of the restaurant". Thieves waited for a Miami restaurant to close then methodically disconnected and removed the AC units and took off. All caught on video. Continue.
