Taqueria Los Gallitos plans to open a new location at 7840 E. Colfax Avenue in Denver. The restaurant will serve traditional Mexican cuisine including tacos (asada, al pastor, birria), burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and aguas frescas. A city filing has been submitted but construction schedule and opening dates have not yet been announced.
