Urban Kitchen Group New Restaurant (name TBD)
Urban Kitchen Group, led by Tracy Borkum and chef partner Tim Kolanko, is planning a new all-day restaurant concept in Bankers Hill at the former Civico by the Park and Il Dandy location. The approximately 5,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor project is expected to open in late 2027. Concept name, menu, and design details are still under wraps.
