Black Bear Diner

Privately-owned, Redding-based diner chain opening its second San Diego County location in Vista this summer after an 18-month delay. Hiring is now underway. Rustic design aesthetic with traditional diner menu of breakfast items, burgers, salads and milkshakes. Chain has 156 locations coast to coast. Replaces long-shuttered Coco’s location at Melrose Drive and West Vista Way.

Seoul Meat Company plans to offer all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue at Fresno’s Fashion Fair Mall. Mentioned as one of the largest newcomers to the Fresno Korean restaurant scene.
