Approximately 114-room extended-stay Hyatt Studios hotel. Four-story, 57,971-square-foot property. Groundbreaking occurred July 16, 2026. Developed by Caliber (Nasdaq: CWD). Expected to open in second half of 2027.
Giorgios Pizza
Giorgios Pizza is making a comeback in Denver with a new location at 5701 Leetsdale Drive. Family-owned and operated by Chris Korosis, continuing his family’s pizza tradition. Will serve thin-crust New York style pizza with global flavors. Opening date has not yet been announced.
Jet’s Pizza
Michigan-based Detroit-style pizza chain opening a new location in Colorado Springs. Listed as ‘coming soon’ on Jet’s Pizza’s official website. No official opening date announced. Menu includes square Detroit-style pizza, deep-dish, hand-tossed, NY-style, thin-crust, gluten-free options, calzones, salads, wings, and Turbo Stix. Takeout and delivery service planned.
Slice House
Slice House, a pizza franchise created by World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, is preparing to open in Longmont, CO. The location is co-owned by franchisees Mike Tingus and Dean Crescenzi. The menu features multiple pizza styles including New York, Detroit, Sicilian, and California, plus sandwiches, salads, and sides. Opening expected mid-September 2026.
