Colorado’s first drive-thru-only Dunkin’ location, also the 50th Dunkin’ in the state. Next Generation drive-thru-only format with no indoor seating. Open daily 5am-8pm, employing ~15 crew members. Co-owned by Katy and Jake Gdowski through Red Mountain Company.
Benihana Express
Benihana is opening its first fast-casual concept, Benihana Express, at 1380 16th Street in downtown Denver, occupying 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the 16M Building at the corner of 16th Street and Market Street. No opening date has been announced yet.
Texas de Brazil
Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian churrascaria chain, is opening a new location at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO. The restaurant features all-you-can-eat flame-grilled meats served tableside on skewers, plus an extensive salad bar. Opening is expected later this summer 2026. Director of Operations is Anil Sekhri.

Cerebral Brewing
Cerebral Brewing plans to open a new taproom in Downtown Parker, CO in mid-2027. The location will be a 4,200-square-foot space offering beer, food, and community gathering. The brewery was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire and currently has taprooms in West Highland, Congress Park, and Aurora.
Stoney’s Bar & Grill
Denver-based sports and music bar expanding to first Colorado Springs location in the former Oskar Blues space at the DeGraff building. Owners signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 sq ft on first floor and basement. Plan to upgrade audio-visual system. Expect to open ‘by football season’ (estimated September 2026).

The 2,367-square-foot café with a 550-square-foot patio will be on the ground floor of The Pottery building. Founded in 2013 by Andy Sprenger, the company is owned by Eric Yochim.
