Michelin-starred chef Akira Back has signed an NNN lease for a new restaurant in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood at 801 South Pointe Drive. The concept will be introduced by INK Entertainment, known for venues such as Amal and Level 6. The lease closed June 22, 2026 for a 6,458 SF retail space.
