Zaxby’s is breaking ground on a new location in Perryville, MD (Cecil County) at the Chesapeake Overlook development. Operated by franchisee Stradford Empowerment Group. The newly constructed restaurant will seat up to 30 diners and feature a dual drive-thru. Target opening is late November or early December 2026.
Wonder
Wonder food hall is planning to open a new location in Germantown, MD at 20936 Frederick Road, taking over a former Jos. A. Bank storefront. The concept partners with high-profile chefs (e.g., Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson) to offer multiple restaurant concepts under one roof with made-to-order meals. Angelo’s Pizza Pasta and Deli

Family-owned neighborhood grill and raw bar Lib’s Grill is opening a new location in Towson this month (May 2026). Additionally, a Reisterstown location at 340 Main St. is planned for end of summer 2026, and a Sykesville location at 7618 W. Main St. (historic train station) is expected by end of 2026.
