A second new location is also planned for Framingham, MA in August 2026. The company offers 40+ varieties of naturally roasted coffee.

Playa Bowls is one of five new tenants signing leases at Springfield Crossing, a 34-acre open-air development on the former Eastfield Mall site in Springfield, MA. The restaurant is set to debut in the coming months. Also opening at the center: Beyond Oishii (restaurant). Developer is Onyx Partners.

122-room extended-stay WoodSpring Suites hotel planned as four-story building. Developer Park Silver Development purchased the site for $1.4M. Project has site plan approvals but no construction permits issued yet.
