Franchisee Chintan Patel, who also owns the Southfield location, is opening this second Michigan location. Anticipated opening is December 2026. Located in the same plaza as Anna’s House Grand Ledge and next to a Wing Snob location.

Casey’s Tavern East
Casey’s Tavern is opening a second location called Casey’s Tavern East at 2000 Commonwealth Blvd, replacing the former Carson’s American Bistro. The new location will feature pizza, a larger menu, and a more expansive dining experience than the original. Target opening is 4 p.m. on August 5, 2026.
Humble Kitchen
New ice cream and coffee shop opening in the Wayneport shopping center in Romulus, MI. Lease recently signed for a 1,200-square-foot space formerly occupied by Lizzy Lit Hookah tobacco store. Will share the building with China Chef and Romulus Beauty Supply. No opening date announced yet. Owner is local entrepreneur Tiffany White.
Don Patron
Second location of Mexican restaurant Don Patron opening at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets mall, southeast corner near AMC Theatres entrance.
