Dave & Buster’s
Dave & Buster’s has been approved for its first Mississippi location in Ridgeland, to be built on Colony Park Boulevard next to Topgolf. The Ridgeland Board of Aldermen approved the project. Construction is expected to begin in 2026 with completion anticipated by end of 2027.
Ichiban
New Ichiban restaurant planned for Highland Colony Parkway across from Costco Wholesale. Will be the largest Ichiban location at ~8,000 sq ft. Format undecided between Chinese buffet, hibachi, or combination. Phase two includes additional retail building. Construction expected to begin early 2027.

Michelin-lauded Sichuan Chinese restaurant Petals of a Peony, originally from Cordova/Memphis area (est. 2023), announced via social media that new locations are coming to Southaven and Raleigh. No specific address or timeline has been provided yet. The restaurant is known for fiery Sichuan cuisine and also operates a fast-casual spinoff called Little Petal.
Los Tres Amigos Tacos and Tequila Bar
Popular Mexican restaurant reopening after a 10-year closure. Originally opened in 1994 on East Pass Road and closed in 2016. Upscale interior with patterned tile and colorful murals. Chandeleur Depot Brewpub
Brewpub opening in restored 1904 Pascagoula train station. Features elevated bar menu by Michelin-recommended Chef Austin Sumrall, 12 beers on tap from Chandeleur Island Brewing Company, full bar, arcade, and brewing room.
