A developer purchased the former Bowery Grille & Pub property and plans to demolish the building and replace it with a multi-tenant space that includes a Bayt al Mocha coffee shop. Plans are currently in review phase with Canton Township.

$50 million, 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott developed by North Central Group Hospitality (NCG) and the Milwaukee Bucks. Located in the Deer District on the former Bradley Center site, south of Fiserv Forum. Will be the second hotel in Deer District alongside The Trade hotel. Construction expected to be completed by late 2027.
Grand Hyatt Miami Beach
800-room Grand Hyatt hotel connected to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Features 90,000 sq ft of meeting and conference space, several restaurants, two pools, and a lounge area. Topping-out ceremony held July 2026. Set to open in 2027. Developed jointly by Miami-Dade County and City of Miami Beach.
Downtown High Point Hotel (Tara Investments)
