Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is a new waterfront resort themed around Disney animated films set in nature (Bambi, Pocahontas, Brother Bear). Construction is actively underway with guest room murals, curtains, furniture, and dock development visible. Resort is described as a ‘waterfront retreat’ inspired by Walt Disney’s love of the outdoors. Set to open summer 2027.

Madison City Council approved a development agreement with Madison Hotels VI, LLC to build an Aloft Hotel by Marriott adjacent to Toyota Field in Town Madison. The hotel will feature approximately 108 rooms and is expected to help accommodate visitors for the 2027 SEC Softball Tournament.
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis
38-story, 800-room Signia by Hilton hotel under construction in downtown Indianapolis. Property will connect directly to the Indiana Convention Center. Expected to open December 2026. Gen Con has announced plans to expand into the new hotel. A separate Ritz-Carlton is also mentioned as slated for completion in early 2028 on Georgia Street near Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
JW Marriott Phoenix Arizona Center
Las Vegas-based LaPour Partners is converting a 19-story office tower at Arizona Center into a 340-room JW Marriott luxury hotel. Planned amenities include new restaurants, a resort-style pool, fitness center, ballroom, meeting spaces, and a club lounge on upper levels. This is LaPour’s fourth hotel project in the Phoenix area.
