The Galley
The Galley is a new lakefront restaurant set to open inside the Patrick S. Parker Community Center (a sailing center) this summer 2026. It will serve smokehouse dishes and craft cocktails, with views of Lake Erie and the Cleveland Skyline. The $15 million center is operated by Cleveland Metroparks.

Matt Fish, former owner of Melt Bar & Grilled, plans to open Proof Public House in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood in June 2026. Described as a ‘punk rock-and-roll bar with an unapologetic attitude,’ it will serve elevated bar food and feature some Melt classics, along with periodic Melt pop-ups.
