Owner Mike Collman of Da’Hui Hawaiian Bar & Grill is planning a new venue called Tonga Room at 8000 SE Foster Road in Portland. Liquor licensing paperwork has been submitted. Straightaway Cocktails, a Southeast Portland distillery, is expanding its existing airport kiosk at PDX into a full 1,000 sq ft cocktail lounge at Concourse C. The lounge will offer the brand’s full cocktail line, Accompani spirits, rotating curated drinks, and a food menu in partnership with Italian bakery Sebastiano’s. Opening is set for June 2026.
