Spring City Hotel Restaurant

Historic Spring City Hotel Restaurant reopening under new ownership by Ian Diable and his family. Tim Diable, a culinary school graduate, will lead the food program featuring elevated comfort food and pub fare. Space will retain original layout with upgrades including added TVs. Currently in final inspection process with a fall 2026 opening anticipated.

Eggcetera Haus

Modern neighborhood kitchen and bar operated by husband-and-wife team Rey Tamaka and Vina Kencana. Will serve morning coffee and brunch as well as dinners and cocktails. Hours will be 8am-3pm and 4pm-10/11pm. No official opening date announced yet but described as ‘almost ready to welcome you’.

Chinchorro by La Frikitona
