Drive-thru coffee chain opening first Philadelphia location. Franchise owners Zach Rosskamm and Shunori Ramanathan will run the new store. They already operate multiple 7 Brew locations in New Jersey and plan to open eight more locations in NJ plus continue expanding in greater Philadelphia area.

Jamaican-American eatery opening a new takeout location in West Philadelphia. Offers diverse menu including grilled chicken pasta, shrimp fettuccine, Jamaican escovitch, curry, and custom Vassell’s Spices. Previously offered private dining and catering services.

7 Brew drive-thru coffee chain plans expansion to Chester County as part of 16 planned Pennsylvania locations in 2026. Franchise group Brew Team has sites in negotiation.

Gluten-free bakery relocating from Manayunk to Main Line, opening walk-in storefront. Will offer both frozen and fresh items including fresh gluten-free croissants. Plans to host baking classes and pop-up events.
Milanes Cuban Corner
Cuban restaurant opening in McKees Rocks Plaza, expansion from successful food truck operation Milanes Mobile. Will serve empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, big papas, completas and chicken tenders.
North Street Cafe
New cafe opening at former Darto’s property, serving pancakes, omelets, burgers, wraps, soups, salads and weekly specials. Will operate 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. all week. Brothers Rogelio and Rodrigo Lazaro are leasing the space.

Innovative coffee shop doubling as a parcel pickup hub offering UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon services. Will serve ethically sourced coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, tea, and pastries from local vendors. Exact location in Point Breeze neighborhood not yet finalized.
Shibam Coffee
First Philadelphia location of Shibam Coffee, a Yemeni coffee shop opening in University City. Will serve traditional Yemeni coffee, Turkish coffee, teas, and pastries including Honeycomb bread. Family-friendly environment with plans to mentor young baristas.
Bald Birds Brewing Co.
Bald Birds Brewing Co. is opening their third location in King of Prussia, taking over the former Workhorse Brewing Co. space. They plan to rebrand and upgrade the space over the next few months before a grand reopening in Q1 2026.
