The Bellevue

90-room luxury boutique hotel planned for Bellevue Gardens Shopping Plaza. Includes multiple food and beverage venues, upscale amenities, and underground parking. Developed and owned by Procaccianti Companies, operated by TPG Hotels & Resorts under the INTERA Collection. Designed by Centerbrook Architects. Site work begins June 1, 2026.

Harborside Inn

Rebuild of the historic Harborside Inn on Block Island, destroyed by fire in August 2023. New structure will be approximately 22,000 sq ft with 32 rooms, designed to match the scale and character of the original. Construction underway by Haynes Group, with work pausing July-August 2026. Target opening is summer 2027.

Skoal Room

Four new food and beverage concepts opening at The Hotel Viking: Skoal Room (classic bar), Pescadou (French Riviera-inspired seafood restaurant), Tuck Shop (coffee bar), and Cap Club (rooftop bar). All concepts will be running by Memorial Day weekend.

The Guild beer garden and Seven Stars coffee shop

3,500-square-foot Pavilion in 195 District Park featuring The Guild beer garden and Seven Stars coffee shop, open year-round with indoor/outdoor seating and river views. Ribbon cutting April 21, public opening by Memorial Day weekend.

Pescadou

French Riviera-inspired seafood restaurant with 110 seats opening inside the renovated Hotel Viking. Part of four new food and drink concepts by Littleneck Hospitality Group. Menu will feature raw bar, fresh pastas, and bouillabaisse with coastal southern France influence.

Cafe Alma

New Portuguese restaurant and café opening in East Providence’s Portuguese corridor. Owner Kevin Matos is a chef who previously owned Matos Bakery and JC’s Butcher Shop. The restaurant will feature New England Portuguese cuisine, a café section, and eventually serve as a gallery space for local artists.

The Wayland

New cocktail bar replacing Providence Wine Bar in Wayland Square. Described as ski lodge/hotel lobby/speakeasy style without pretense. Partnership between Scott Champagne and Ben Lloyd.
