Raising Cane’s plans to open a new location on Woodruff Road at The Point shopping center, joining REI, Whole Foods and Petco. Granby
Granby is reopening as a standalone location after previously operating as Granby Grill and then as a ghost kitchen. The restaurant will serve classic burgers, fries, pizza and wings with a smaller menu than the original. It will be primarily takeout with a few tables and will continue delivery services.
The Cooper
The Cooper hotel is described as one of Charleston’s most anticipated hotel openings of the year, located near Concord and Market streets, next to Waterfront Park. Opening was delayed from original late 2025 target, then from March 1 to March 30, 2026.
