30-story high-rise hotel with 250-275 upscale rooms, food and beverage concepts, ballroom and meeting space, and penthouse amenity space. Converting iconic Barbershop Harmony Society building, preserving the façade with silver barber poles.
Hilton Signia Hotel
800-bed Hilton Signia Hotel planned for Nashville Yards, a $1 billion downtown development. Would join Union Station Hotel and Grand Hyatt at the mixed-use campus. Developer Southwest Value Partners has been approached by Hilton executives about the project.
53-story hotel and condominium tower
Mixed-use 53-story tower with 405 hotel rooms and 104 condos, plus retail space and amenities. Would be tallest building in Nashville at 636 feet. Hotel branding to be announced in coming months.
