Pine Isle
Hawaiian-inspired restaurant expanding from Dallas to Fort Worth, taking over the former Dutch’s Burrito Bar space near TCU. Menu features poke, Spam musubi, loco moco, Hawaiian plate lunches, and more. New location will have indoor seating and outdoor patio, unlike the Dallas takeout-only original. Opening planned for early fall 2026.

New Middle Eastern-style coffee shop serving Yemeni coffee drinks and refreshers. Under construction in a 2,986-square-foot space. Owner hopes to complete construction over the summer and open in August.
