Tikka Bowls and Tacos is opening its first Greater Houston location in Katy, TX. Described as a ‘Chipotle concept with Indian fusion,’ the menu includes naan tacos, butter chicken bowls, tikka masala wings, Indian beverages, fresh lemonades, and draft beer. Opening expected summer 2026.
Teriyaki Madness
First Teriyaki Madness location in Corpus Christi and Nueces County, opening at Moore Plaza Shopping Center. Owned and operated by franchise group TMAD397 Inc. (Marisa Bauman). Grand opening features $6 Chicken Teriyaki Bowls on Friday and Saturday, ribbon cutting, and giveaways. Hours: daily 10am-9pm. Seattle-style fast casual teriyaki bowls concept.

A new Wingstop location is planned for a tenant space in the Beck Commons retail center in west Round Rock, TX. A project was filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in June 2026. No opening date has been announced yet.

685,000 sq ft casino resort on 95 acres of Alabama-Coushatta Tribal land. Includes 366-room hotel, large gaming floor, ~3,400 electronic bingo machines, restaurants/bars/lounges, ~35,000 sq ft event/conference space, 1,000-person grand ballroom, resort-style pool complex. Designed by JCJ Architecture, constructed by Yates Construction. Phased rollout planned. No opening date announced.
