McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality is planning a Greek restaurant called Sledd on the former Sledd Nursery property. Will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Design will incorporate live plants echoing the nursery’s history. The Sledd name was licensed from the family. Expected to be completed in 12-18 months from May 2026.
Bludorn Hospitality Group (new concept, name TBD)
Houston-based Bludorn Hospitality Group (known for Bludorn and Navy Blue restaurants) is opening a new, yet-to-be-named concept in the former Carriqui space at the Pearl. This will be the group’s first restaurant outside of Houston. Name and details to be announced over the next few months.
Pinthouse Pizza
New Pinthouse Pizza location planned for the New Hope-Scottsdale Development along the Cedar Park-Leander border. The $7.43 million project includes a 13,640-square-foot restaurant and brewery facility, covered canopy, outdoor beer garden, and full site development. The Cattlemen’s Kitchen
Beef-focused, stockyard-inspired restaurant set to open in Moulton this summer. Menu includes Certified Angus Beef, USDA Prime dry-aged ribeye and filet cuts, hamburger steaks, burgers, Southern-style sides, and a salad bar. Owner Casey Hunter also operates Valley Stockyard. Target opening date is July 15 but may shift slightly.
