AEROLUX Hotel

AEROLUX Hotel is a 121-suite short-term stay hotel occupying floors 4-7 of the AERO1200 mixed-use development in Seattle’s Denny Triangle. The project is developed by OPTrust (Canadian pension fund) alongside Cobalt and general contractor JTM Construction. The building features a suspended Boeing 747 fuselage in a multi-story galleria. Expected completion is early 2027.
