Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant opening fifth location. Lebanese-style street food with menu featuring gyro, kebabs, shawarma, and other Mediterranean dishes. Will have modern design with unique art celebrating company history.
McDonald’s
McDonald’s planning to open in historic Capitol Hill building, formerly a Rite Aid. Permit application filed with Seattle. Renovations estimated at $750,000.

Middle Eastern cocktail bar featuring inventive cocktails infused with Middle Eastern flavors and sharable small plates. Owner Ahmed Suliman previously operated Cafe Suliman in Melrose Market.
Bong Bong Bar
Champagne-focused bar with Vietnamese bites opening at Harvest development. Owned by Andy Phan and wife Brooke. Will serve champagne flights, Vietnamese-French fusion food, and operate 2pm-11pm.

Cafe and event space featuring African and indigenous ancestry themes, operating as Good Medicine Apothecary during daytime (8am-4pm) serving teas, coffees, and hosting evening events with music, food and drinks rooted in cultural traditions
Katsu Burger
Japanese-fusion restaurant specializing in deep-fried burgers opening their ninth Washington location. They recently got the keys and are trying to open ASAP but still need to hire staff and secure kitchen equipment and permits. Will feature unique Tacoma touches including Bonsai classes and trees for sale.
Ricky’s Lounge
Speakeasy-style lounge offering curated cocktails with bourbon and tequila specialties, live jazz, and authentic Mexican dishes. Team is finalizing permits and finishing renovations with no official opening date set yet.
