Sheba Restaurant, a popular Yemeni restaurant currently operating at 725 International Blvd in Oakland, plans to open a second outpost in San Francisco later in 2026. Co-owner Bassam Alkabsh confirmed the expansion, citing record business. The new location will be in San Francisco but no specific address has been announced.
