Chick-fil-A
Lompoc’s first Chick-fil-A approved by Planning Commission for a 4,847-sq-ft standalone restaurant with dual drive-thru lanes, indoor dining, indoor play area, and outdoor seating on a 2.52-acre vacant site within Palm Square Shopping Center. Grading and building permit applications already submitted and currently in plan check. No construction timeline announced yet.
Roseacre
Roseacre is an upcoming 5,000-square-foot multi-concept fine dining project in the historic Adelaide’s flower shop building in La Jolla. It includes a 10-seat omakase counter in collaboration with Sushi by Scratch. Erik Anderson, former culinary director at Michelin-starred Coi and alum of French Laundry and Catbird Seat, has signed on as culinary director.
