Woman-owned coffee roaster opening fifth café location in Virginia Village neighborhood. Will offer small-batch coffee drinks, teas, pastries, and breakfast items including gluten-free and vegan options.
Pokeworks
Fast-growing poke concept expanding to Boulder with two-unit development deal. First location led by franchisees Bidosh Acharya and Amita Khanal, with second Boulder location to follow. Brand offers customizable, health-forward menu with responsibly sourced seafood.
Chick-fil-A Runway 35 South
Colorado’s first drive-thru only Chick-fil-A prototype restaurant opening with drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, Mobile Thru, walk-up window and outdoor patio seating. Operated by U.S. Army veteran Jason Sutton who also operates Chick-fil-A Quebec Street in Denver.
Doubles Club
Pickleball and bar/café concept opening in former Infinite Monkey Theorem space in RiNo. Features four pickleball courts, bar/café with drinks and grab-and-go items, and patio. Drop-in play for $15 up to 2 hours, with memberships and leagues planned.
Neveria La Delicia
Family-run ice cream and snack shop opening second location in Athmar Park. Specializes in paletas (cream-based Mexican popsicles), also serves crepes, elote and dorinachos. Food license filed with City of Denver.
