Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant by Bonanno Concepts opening in historic Miller Building at Larimer Square. Features 80-seat dining room with kaiseki-inspired bar and outdoor patio. Replaces their closing Dumplin’ concept.
Tavern on Blake Street
Restaurant taking over former Blake Street Tavern space. Owner Jeff Moerke and wife Ashley signed lease after nearly two-year process. Menu will be similar to their Snowmass and Carbondale locations, featuring burgers to caviar. Space will have 50+ TVs, arcade, and live music venue in basement.

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant chain expanding to sixth location in downtown Loveland, serving Tex-Mex cuisine. 6,720-square-foot building across from Rialto Theater, expected to employ about 40 people.

Washington D.C.-based bagel chain opening fourth Denver location near Union Station. Building permit filed with City of Denver. Serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches with signature hybrid bagels.

New coffee shop preparing to open near Coors Field in Denver. Construction permit filed for remodeling former waxing salon space. Website currently under development.
P.F. Chang’s
P.F. Chang’s will open a 5,479-square-foot location on the mezzanine level of Terminal A at Denver International Airport. This will be the 10th P.F. Chang’s location in Colorado. Building permit has been filed but no opening timeline has been announced.
Ziggi’s Coffee
Colorado-based coffee chain opening cafe and drive-thru location. Franchisee Michelle Wiley owns and operates the location. Currently in construction phase.
