Fast-casual Roman Pinsa restaurant opening in Orlando this fall. Founder Gabriele Uberti, formerly of Patina Restaurant Group (Via Napoli, Pizza Ponte, Space 220), is bringing authentic Pinsa Romana with Italian ingredients and local products. Cashless, kiosk-based ordering. Roman-inspired brick arch decor. No specific opening date set yet, but fall 2026 opening expected.

Smalls Sliders, a national cheeseburger slider franchise, will replace the closed Chick-fil-A near the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) on Gemini Boulevard at UCF campus.
