Grain & Berry’s Trinity location is relocating from 3246 Redeemer Way to 8924 Strength Avenue within the same retail center, The Village at Mitchell Ranch. Franchise owner Alison Castle confirmed the move. The healthy fast-casual brand will continue serving the same menu with a forthcoming menu refresh featuring new items.

O’Keefe’s Tavern
One of Clearwater’s oldest Irish pubs, O’Keefe’s Tavern, is relocating from its current location to the former Capogna’s Dugout at 1653 Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard. The family-owned pub plans to close its current location in mid-August 2026 and anticipates a six-week renovation period before reopening. Official reopening date has not yet been disclosed.

SeaKing Ice Cream, known for its ice cream boat on Sarasota’s waters, is opening a new brick-and-mortar ice cream shop at 7650 S Tamiami Trail, Suite 9 in Sarasota. No opening date has been determined yet. The shop will offer birthday party reservations featuring sea life documentary screenings, craft activities, and a loaded topping bar.
