San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company
San Francisco Coffee is expanding with a second new location at Sage Hill shopping center in Druid Hills. They are currently designing the 2,700-square-foot space and hope to open during summer 2026. The first downtown location at 1441 Peachtree St. NE opens April 4.
Jet’s Pizza
Second Jet’s Pizza location for franchisee Noah Creighton in Buckhead area. Detroit-style deep dish pizza restaurant in 1,160-square-foot space. Will be first Jet’s location inside the perimeter (ITP) in Atlanta.

Vegan concept from mother-daughter team opening their first permanent location after operating as food truck and pop-up for 2-3 years
Churchill Grounds
Jazz nightclub Churchill Grounds is reopening in former Decatur post office location, 10 years after original Peachtree Street location closed
Frida’s Grill and Bar
Mexican restaurant expanding from Fayetteville to second location in Sharpsburg. Menu includes taco salads, bowls, tacos, fajitas, nachos, proteins and seafood. Will feature similar design to existing location with murals and pictures.
Finally Wine
Wine shop rebranding from Dom Beijos to Finally Wine under new ownership. Will close briefly in April for minor renovations to give space a modern, bright feel. Plans to offer daily tastings and host events including live music on weekends.
Atlanta Golf & Social
Atlanta Golf & Social is opening two new locations – one in Dunwoody Village and one in downtown Roswell’s Southern Post development. Both feature indoor golf simulators with Trackman technology and full food and beverage menus. The Dunwoody location will fit with the village’s classic architecture.
Porterhouse Grill
Porterhouse Grill planning third location at Mall of Georgia. Currently has locations in Athens and Brookhaven. Offers oysters, crab cakes, pork chops, salmon and pasta dishes.
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit plans new restaurant openings in multiple US locations including Blakely, Georgia; Thibodaux, Louisiana; and Secaucus, New Jersey. Development partners are working on site selection with the real estate team.
