Shake Shack

First Shake Shack location in Georgia with a drive-thru. Opening day will feature UGA mascot Hairy Dawg and donation of $1 from every sandwich sold to Foodbank of Northeast Georgia. This will be the tenth Shake Shack location across Georgia.

Northern China Eatery

Third location for Northern China Eatery opening in Medley development. Will feature upscale design with wraparound bar and second floor. Menu includes dumplings, pork buns, noodles, fried rice and Northern Chinese mains.

American Dive

Multiple restaurant concepts opening at 207 Peachtree including American Dive (dive bar with Southern BBQ), Peachtree Sporting Club (upscale sports bar), Aire Rooftop Lounge, and Grand Ballroom event space. From the team behind Red Phone Booth and Amalfi Cucina + Mercato.

207 Peachtree

45,000-square-foot entertainment, dining, and events center in historic Regenstein’s Department Store building featuring six concepts including three new restaurants: Aire (rooftop lounge), Peachtree Sporting Club (sports bar), and American Dive (barbecue and live music joint)

Spread Bagelry

Philadelphia-born bagel brand opening first Atlanta location in Buckhead neighborhood. 2,800-square-foot space will serve as both restaurant and bagel-making facility with wood-fired ovens. Plans additional Atlanta area locations in Midtown, Marietta/East Cobb, and Dunwoody.

CTR Food Works

24,000-square-foot dining space with 12 food concepts in the former CNN Center, operated by Gansevoort Cos. Expected to open in time for FIFA World Cup.

Mastro’s Ocean Club

Mastro’s Ocean Club steakhouse and seafood restaurant signing 8,200-square-foot ground floor space at The Center (former CNN Center). Part of larger food hall and building reopening project.

Whataburger

Whataburger plans to open in a vacant Wendy’s location. Made to Order Holdings is the local franchisee seeking a Special Land Use Permit from the city of Tucker. Will include indoor seating and drive-thru.

Black Box Cafe

New restaurant concept planning to construct a 320-square-foot shipping container at Pittsburgh Yards. Associated with Logan Wilkes Foundation. Menu and concept details not yet available, with more information planned to be shared in spring.
