Liquor license also filed with Idaho Alcohol Beverage Control. Owner Karl Pence declined to comment further.

Splash Canyon Hotel
Boutique waterpark hotel featuring dual outdoor waterslides, indoor waterpark, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, on-site breakfast, family suites sleeping up to 10 with bunk beds, single king and double queen rooms. Already taking reservations with a target grand opening of June 1, 2026, though construction delays may push date back.
Madurai Virundhu Restaurant and Market
Authentic South Indian restaurant returning after unplanned 2024 closure, reopening in a newly constructed 5,000+ sq ft building in Southeast Boise. New concept includes an expanded marketplace opening May 18 and restaurant dining opening May 21 for dinner (5-8:30pm). Describes itself as the first authentic South Indian restaurant in Idaho.
In-N-Out Burger
In-N-Out Burger’s fourth Idaho location is opening soon in Twin Falls at 1965 North Blue Lakes Blvd. The Twin Falls City Council approved a special-use permit for this location in 2024. As of May 7, 2026, the location is listed as ‘opening soon’ on In-N-Out’s website but no official opening date has been announced.
Descanso on the Greenbelt
Outdoor walk-up bar on the Greenbelt plaza at The Boardwalk Apartment Homes, operated by Apex Brand Collection. Opening formally May 22, 2026. Three additional concepts also opening at same location: Spitfire Tacos + Tequila (grand opening June 2), Ground Rules sports bar (grand opening June 10-13), and Peregrine rooftop bar (July 2026).
