Seattle-area chain Cactus (Southwest kitchen and bar) has signed a lease to take over the former P.F. Chang’s space in Boise’s BoDo district. This will be the chain’s first expansion outside Washington state. The roughly 6,500-square-foot location is targeting a late fall opening.
