No Name Deli is relocating from its longtime Marion Street location to a newly renovated space on Laurel Street. The restaurant will be closed Feb. 27 through March 1 for the transition and will officially reopen March 3, 2026.

Four-story Home2 Suites extended-stay hotel planned for Exit 5 in North Augusta. This will be the second Hilton-branded hotel at this location, following the Tru Hotel by Hilton that opened in 2023.

New restaurant and bar blending Southern comfort food with Asian flavors, co-owned by Chef Laura Smith with 20+ years Asian cuisine experience. Will occupy former Indo Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar space. Menu features Asian classics, Southern dishes, coastal seafood, and full bar program.

Coffee shop operated by nonprofit WorkAbility to provide job training for individuals with special needs. Located in renovated 1924 historic building with 1,838 sq ft retail space. Will offer standard coffee menu and partner with local businesses for food options.

Second location of Maryland-based pizza franchise Ledo Pizza planned for Lake Wylie at Westlake Village development. 2,500-square-foot space with outdoor patio and garage door opening into pub, similar to existing Rock Hill location.
