Two new Tim Hortons locations opening in Murfreesboro – one at 1622 Northwest Broad Street (former Arby’s) and another at Lascassas Pike and Rutherford Boulevard (former Krystal). Construction is underway at both locations.

High-end steakhouse

Developer Kenny Noah is building a hotel, spa, restaurant with high-end steakhouse and barbecue as part of downtown revitalization project. Construction underway on site of former Parks-Belk building destroyed in 2024 fire.

Salter

Taco and margarita bar featuring in-house salts for margaritas and menu items. Owners also operate Kona Ice of Wilson County.

Vita 4400

Restaurant planned for Sylvan Park building that previously housed Smokin Thighs. Vita 4400 LLC owned by Anthony Sanfilippo and Jake Sudduth. Interior updates being sought via permit.

Crush Yard

Pickleball-focused social entertainment complex with eight courts, full-service restaurant and bar. Third U.S. location for the brand, featuring dining options like nachos, wings, and pizzas.

Rosa de Castilla Mexican Grill

Mexican restaurant gearing up to open in Carthage, TN offering authentic homemade Mexican cuisine including enchiladas, carne asada, fajitas, mole and pork ribs. No specific opening timeline announced yet.

My Goodies Snack Bar

575-square-foot snack spot offering gourmet popcorn with different flavors, hot dogs, nachos and glazed nuts. Owner is fourth-generation resident opening in family-owned building from the 1960s.

Whataburger

Texas-born burger chain opening new location on East Nashville’s Gallatin Avenue corridor, replacing former Krispy Kreme. Will offer made-to-order burgers, 24-hour breakfast, chicken sandwiches.

HoneyFire Barbeque Co

Third location of award-winning Nashville-based barbecue restaurant opening in Brentwood. Largest space yet with indoor and outdoor seating for 200 customers. Features expanded bourbon bar, bourbon lockers, and new menu items including brisket smash burger and brisket tacos.

Parkway Towers Hotel

21-story office building from 1968 being converted to hotel with 331 guest rooms by Seattle-based Tourbineau Real Estate Partners. Building has parking garage with no additional parking planned.
