New Culver’s location in Humble, TX currently under construction. Construction began in February 2026 per Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing dated Oct. 8. Construction projected to wrap up in July 2026, but no official opening date announced as of article publication. Restaurant will offer burgers, chicken, seafood, cheese curds, and frozen custard.

First Chipotle location in Hardin County, Texas. Construction nearing completion at 118 S. LHS Drive (Texas Highway 287 and River Birch Drive). Existing Bastrop Whataburger was demolished on July 13, 2026 to make way for a new $2.5M, 3,800-square-foot rebuild at the same location. New restaurant will feature curbside pickup, new kitchen technology, two drive-thru lanes, and updated digital menu boards. Grand opening celebration planned for December 2026. Known for unexpected fusion tacos (spicy tikka chicken, bacon smash burger taco, Nashville hot tofu taco), bowls, sides, and margaritas. Georgetown location will exclusively offer the Georgetown Honey Chipotle Chicken, with sales benefiting the Georgetown Project youth empowerment organization.
