Local Mexican seafood and taco restaurant expanding to a third location in East Austin (Webberville Station retail center). Known for handmade tortillas, caldo de mariscos, ceviche, and fajitas de pollo. Construction expected to be completed in October 2026. Currently operates locations at 8610 N Lamar Blvd and 2825 FM 812 in Del Valle.
7 Brew Coffee
New 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru location planned for The Green at Katy Park. $1 million construction project set to begin August 2026 and wrap in December 2026. Panera Bread
Hamra Enterprises plans to reopen seven previously closed Panera Bread locations across north Houston area (Katy, Cy-Fair, Spring, and Conroe). Locations went dark in August 2025 following a dispute with previous ownership. Spring and Katy locations will reopen first in July 2026, with remaining locations to follow.
