Duff’s Famous Wings franchise opening in Cedar Park by franchisees Tony Mansour and Jean Maalouf. 4,000-square-foot space undergoing full remodel with 17 TVs added. Menu includes chicken wings, sauces, sandwiches, and smashburgers. Will offer 8 beers on tap featuring local breweries.

Prose and Pints

New bookshop-meets-bar concept expanding from online and market presence to first brick-and-mortar location. Features books and novelty items at front with micro-cocktail bar at back serving literature-inspired cocktails. Seating for about 20 people.

Chicken Salad Chick

New construction of a 2,582-square-foot restaurant with estimated cost of $850,000. Construction expected to start in May. Will offer dine-in, delivery, pick-up, and catering, with catering services launching in September. Part of an 11-unit expansion by franchisee Meauxmentum Strategies and Investments.

Rollz Ice Cream

Canadian Thai rolled ice cream brand expanding to Georgetown in 1,645-square-foot space. Serves rolled ice cream, milkshakes, faloodas, waffles, cheesecake and popping soda. First U.S. location for the brand.

Tacos Frontera

Fourth location of Houston-born authentic Tijuana-style taqueria opening in Spencer Square shopping center. Construction expected to start July 2026 and wrap up by September. Franchise location operated by Alfresd Clemesha.

Nothing Bundt Cakes

Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise opening in Ravenwood Village Shopping Center. Construction slated to start mid-June and wrap up mid-August. 2,000-square-foot cake store operated by longtime franchisees Bill and Carol Green.

Nick The Greek

Nick The Greek’s fifth Texas location specializing in gyros and authentic Greek street food. Construction starts end of May, wraps mid-September. Family-run location in Valley Ranch Town Center.

Kirkwood

Modern upscale American restaurant from Mac Haik Restaurant Group opening in Houston’s Energy Corridor at Energy Tower II. Features chef-driven menu by Executive Chef Stephen Chiang, 6,997-square-foot space with multiple dining areas, and design inspired by Houston’s legacy including Astrodome replica and Houston Oilers references.

Joe & The Juice

Joe & The Juice coffee shop chain making its Texas debut in Houston’s Uptown Park. The concept focuses on fresh, made-to-order juices, coffee, and sandwiches with an edgy atmosphere. Real estate developer EDENS is collaborating with the brand for this first Texas opening.
