Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream is opening its first Kirkland location in a 1,400-square-foot space. This will be the brand’s 12th store. The ice cream shop focuses on locally sourced ingredients from the Pacific Northwest and supports community nonprofits.

Farine Bakery & Cafe

Belgian-inspired bakery and cafe expanding to Kirkland location at Modera Bridle Trails apartments. 4,200-square-foot space with dine-in, takeout, and outdoor patio. Menu features French and Belgian influences with house-made breads, pastries, breakfast items, and Belgian waffles.

Yukon Standup Steak House

Fast-casual steakhouse opening in Redmond’s Rail District, occupying 1,450-square-foot space. Owned by Seattle restaurateur Kurt Beecher Dammeier, founder of Sugar Mountain creative food company.

Passage

Michelin-starred chef Johnny Spero is opening Passage, a fine dining restaurant at The Inn at Langley. The restaurant will showcase Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine. The inn is undergoing renovations and set to reopen this summer.

The Cat & Rabbitt

Cake-by-the-slice bakeshop returning to Tacoma in partnership with chef Kyle Campisi of Sliced, opening a cafe inside the Museum of Glass. Will offer rotating monthly cakes, cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, and coffee.

Willie Burton’s

Community-focused food and beverage hall opening in former car dealership in Wilburton neighborhood. Will feature four concepts including Lil Woody’s burger spot and concepts from James Beard-winning chef Brady Ishiwata Williams. Partnership between Sugar Shack Unlimited and chef Williams.

Burgerville USA

Burgerville USA converting former Sonic drive-in with $650,000 remodel including 880-square-foot dining room. Permits issued in March 2026.

Brass Steak & Seafood

Contemporary steakhouse serving prime steaks and local seafood with Pacific Northwest ingredients, located at The Yard at Harvest Woodinville development. Run by Seattle hospitality veterans from 2120 restaurant.
