Korean-style fried chicken restaurant expanding to Renton’s Benson Shopping Plaza. Serves bone-in, boneless and wing options with various flavors including Original, Yangyeom, Soy Garlic, and spicy options. Liquor license recently approved.

$11 million, 96-room Holiday Inn Express being constructed by Ignite Hotels and Tri-City Hotel Corp. Massive retaining wall recently finished in support of the future hotel.

The Crawlspace Gastropub

Second location of The Crawlspace Gastropub opening at Harvest Woodinville development in The Yard. Known for Korean, Hawaiian and Mexican influenced dishes including burgers, Korean fried chicken, and poke bowls. Owned by Jason and Robin Farrish.
