New $1.1 million, 2,430 square foot Layne’s Chicken Fingers location. Construction to start mid-July and wrap up before end of November. Franchisee Dylan White will operate the location.

Jersey Mike’s sub shop opening in the Shops at Nacogdoches with $225,000 construction project starting before end of April 2026. Steve Tozzi is listed as tenant and known San Antonio franchisee.
