In 2008 a Wendy's 11 story franchisee had 265 food services violations. In 2010 the same franchisee cleaned up their act and only had 111 violations. Numerous attemps by Wendy's to get the franchisee to "Clean up his act" have gone on deaf ears so Wendy's has terminated the franchise agreement but the owner continues to operate. Continue
