On Oct. 9 an employee of the Steamboat Bar and Grill said 24-year-old Florencio Valentin Rivera de Leon pulled a machete out of his car and began swinging it around, "creating a well-founded fear in (the employee's) mind violence was imminent against him and others at the restaurant," according to a Walton County Sheriff's Office arrest report. Fayetteville, NC -- A lawsuit has been settled involving hundreds of people who had to be vaccinated after eating at a Fayetteville restaurant last year. The Fayetteville Observer reported those who were immunized after eating at the Olive Garden restaurant are eligible for payments of up to $250.
A $375,000 fund has been set up by the restaurant's parent company, GMRI Inc., to settle a class-action lawsuit. Continue
