Where’s the beef?
That’s what Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Burger King must be asking after General Sentiment, a Charlotte-based social analytics firm released its inaugural QSR MediaMatch report.
That new report examines which QSR (quick-service restaurant) brands enjoyed the most media value impact in 2011.
The big winner wasn't a hamburger chain. It was Starbucks.
