Norcross, GA – Ba Bellies

Asian protein and rice bowls will be a menu mainstay.

Sarasota, FL – Brick’s Barbecue
The farmer’s market favorite barbecue stall will need to “scale-up” as Mark Gabrick opens his brick and mortar version at S. Osprey Avenue and Hillview Street with a late October opening planned.  While the menu is a work in progress it will feature brisket, ribs and sausage with production handled by a 4,000 lb. smoker handling 1,800 pounds of meat.

Detroit, MI – Red Dunn Kitchen
