Regulatory Compliance Services (RCS) is Florida's leader in providing risk management and regulatory compliance training programs to the state's hospitality industry. Founded in 1984, RCS was acquired in 2007 by the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and now serves as the field training arm of the association's Education & Training department, specializing in the areas of: Responsible Vendor Training, Food Safety Training for Employees and Managers, License Application Processing, and Sexual Harassment/Workplace Discrimination Prevention Training.
