The Steak Escape inside Tampa's Citrus Park Mall is open for business, but last Friday, the food court hot spot was closed after the state discovered five critical violations, including employees not washing their hands and over 20 live roaches behind the potato cutter, on the walls and shelving, and inside the paper towel dispenser.
