Sacbee.com - Los Angeles County sheriff's officials say a man suspected of shooting his estranged wife to death outside her workplace has turned himself in.
A sheriff's statement says 29-year-old Arthur Andrade of Tustin surrendered at the Whittier Police Department at 1 a.m. Sunday. He is being held on $1 million bail. Continue
